If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with any LOVLEI items you buy, you may return the new and unworn item in original bag with original tags still attached, to LOVLEI within 15 days from the date the items were received for a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping and handling charges and a 2% restocking fee).

If you purchased our LOVLEI item(s) with shopping credits, your refund will be credited to your account in

EXCHANGE LIKE-FOR-LIKE

Return requests must be submitted to our LOVLEI Support Department at cs@lovlei.com. Once your return
has been approved, a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) will be issued along with
instructions on where to ship the return package. The RMA# must be clearly written on the out-side of the
package.
